Join us for a screening of award winning documentary, “A Symphony in Stone,” followed by a discussion with the filmmaker and experts.

About this event

‘A Symphony in Stone’ is a 60 min documentary celebrating the Scottish city of Glasgow’s stunning cityscape and architecture. The film explains how the Glasgow’s phenomenal growth during the industrial revolution bought about innovation in urban planning, architecture and design. Interviews with key experts, aerial photography and archive footage are used to explore the work of well-known architects such as Alexander ‘Greek’ Thomson, Charles Wilson and Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
