Patti Sherman-Cisler, Executive Director, Jewish Museum Milwaukee
Patti has spent 33 years in the cultural nonprofit sector working in the performing arts, natural history and art museums and now the Jewish Museum Milwaukee as the executive director. She holds a bachelor’s degree with a major in Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Science in Business from Cardinal Stritch University.
Joe Imholte, Executive Vice President, Bakken Museum
Joe is the Executive Vice President of The Bakken Museum in Minneapolis and has over 25 years of museum experience. He is a Board member of the Informal Learning Leadership Collaborative, a peer reviewer for the American Alliance of Museums’ accreditation and assessment programs, a recipient of an IMTY award from the International Museum Theater Alliance, a trained racial justice facilitator, and a Qualified Administrator for Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).

Charity Counts, Executive Director, Association of Midwest Museums
Charity is the Executive Director of the Association of Midwest Museums, a non-profit professional service organization supporting museums in 8 Midwestern states. Charity’s career in the museum sector began in collections at Minnetrista, a mid-size museum in Muncie, Indiana, where she went on to lead their mostly volunteer exhibit team. While working on her Masters in Museum Studies, Charity landed a position at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, the world’s largest children’s museum. Over the course of her 11-year career there, Charity held a variety of leadership roles – most recently the Associate Vice President of Exhibits – and led numerous exhibition projects, including National Geographic Sacred Journeys, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Take Me There: China.
